Shirley Lynne Manley
of Des Moines, Iowa
Shirley Manley, age 65, passed away on Monday, July 15, 2024, at her home. She was born the daughter of Samuel and Shirley Liggins on October 13, 1958, in Des Moines, Iowa.
She is lovingly survived by her sisters Sharon (James) White, Pamella Sue Henderson, a host of nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog, Bella Rose.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Floyd Manley, Jr., daughter Jennifer Lynne Burton, sister Patricia Ann Waters, and brothers Fred Richard Liggins and Samuel Liggins, Jr.

i was so sorry to hear of your passing Lynne, my sister Sheryl just spoke to you a few weeks before you were called home, we were going to come and see you. You are with Jesus and your daughter now and i know you are so happy!!
