Susan Blount, age 76, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2024 in Des Moines, Iowa. Born on July 5, 1947 in Erie Pennsylvania to the late Floyd Kuffer and Doris Dylewski. Susan was a graduate of General McLane High School and Edinboro University and had a passion for learning and read voraciously. She was deeply devoted to her beloved family.

Susan's surviving family members include her brother Gary Kuffer and six children: Robin Lane, Amy Clouser, Bob Blount, Kara Elliott, Kathi Shepherd, and Tracy Dugan. Her nine grandchildren: Ashlynn, Rebecca, TJ, Josh, Danny, Joseph, Trey, Frankie, and Zefram will carry on her love of life and zest for learning.
Susan will be deeply missed but her spirit will continue to guide all who were blessed to know her.

Susan will be laid to rest in a private family ceremony at Edinboro Cemetery in Edinboro, Pennsylvania with a small service to be held at a later date.
