Neo is survived by his parents, Araya Sanders and Tanner Smith; grandparents, Tara Donvil and Tyler Sanders, Glenn Waychoff, Jr. III and Ramona Smith; great grandparents, Glenn and Cheryl Waychoff Jr.
Service will be held Wednesday October 25, 2023, at 12:00 p.m., at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines, Iowa.
