Mark Hatfield, age 60, passed away at his home on Monday, October 7, 2024. He was born on October 23, 1963, in Des Moines, Iowa.

He is lovingly survived by his sister Jolene Cantrell, brother-in-law Trent Van Hove, and nephews Teddy Van Hove, Tony Cantrell, and Thad Cantrell.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents James and Cora Hatfield, his brother James Hatfield, Jr., and sister Shellee Van Hove.

Visitation will be held from 12 to 1 p.m., with funeral service to begin at 1 p.m., Monday, October 13, 2024, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Burial will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Des Moines.
