Kevin Athanase was brought into this world asleep in the arms of the Lord on March 5, 2024 to parents Toyi Athanase and Elizabeth Faith.

Baby Kevin is survived by his parents Toyi Athanase and Elizabeth Faith; siblings, Amini Tony Athanase, Kendrick Imani Athanase, Jennifer Athanase, Bienvenue Athanase, and Naomi Athanase.

A visitation will take place at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Garden, 121 NW 60th Avenue in Des Moines on March 23, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. followed by a 10:00 a.m. funeral service. Burial will take place following at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery, 1st NE 60th Avenue in Des Moines. Please join the family following burial for a time of fellowship and lunch at First Church of God, 4201 E. Douglas Avenue from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m.
