Julie Owens, 60, passed away on October 27, 2024.

Julie was born on August 17, 1964, to Marvin and Norma Jessop. She worked as a security guard for many years. Julie enjoyed taking time to go fishing and simply enjoying the outdoors. Her favorite thing to do was spend time with her family. More than anything, Julie absolutely loved her family and the time she got to be with them.

Julie is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Rodriguez and Elizabeth Darnell; her four grandchildren; and her sisters, Marlene Meyers and Carol Hicks.

Julie was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Norma; and her brother, Mark Jessop.
