Judith Fayann Robinson

Judith “Judy” Fayann Robinson, 79, passed away on January 13, 2024 at Taylor House Hospice. She was born on August 2, 1944 to David H. Jensen and Marcia Ann (Fleenor) Jensen. Her adopted parents were, Charles and Martha (Kesterson) Harban.

Judy lived in Ankeny. She graduated from East High School in 1964 and went on to attended Thompson Beauty School. She was a hairdresser for over 42 years and had a license in Arizona, Michigan, Iowa and Missouri. Judy liked NASCAR, the Kansas City Chiefs, camping and fishing. She played cards every Friday night – Skip Bo and Phase 10. Judy enjoyed spending time with her great grandchildren.

Judy is survived by her daughter, Betsi (Larry) Brown; sister Joyce (Harlan) Schultz; brother Kim (Joyce) Harban; 4 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, Leonard Robinson and Roy Bayes; mothers, Martha Harban and Marcia Jensen; fathers, Charles Harban and David Jensen and brothers, Chris Harban and David Jensen.

The family will greet friends on Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., at Hamilton’s Altoona Funeral Home, 105 4th Street S.W., Altoona, Iowa. Funeral service will follow at the funeral home at 12:00 p.m. Burial will take place with a graveside service on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery, in Omaha, NE.
