Jo Ann Prince

Jo Ann Prince passed into the arms of Jesus on January 13, 2025. She died from complications of lung cancer.

Born Jo Ann Mueller on March 18, 1947, in Oshkosh WI, she was the third child of Gordon and Lucille Mueller. She graduated from Arlington Catholic HS and from Bryant and Stratton in Boston, before working at Thomas Cook and Son Travel Service in Boston.

She and her then husband, John Donovan, relocated to San Jose, CA in 1969. After years of doing administrative work in various companies, Jo Ann retired.

She is survived by her brother, Larry (Carol)Mueller, sisters Mary Alden, Christine Wright and Elaine (Rick) Cooper- Peterson, along with numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her friend, Carol, who led Jo Ann to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Lucille Mueller, her brother (Robert Mueller), and her niece, Bethany Cooper.

A memorial service will be held for Jo Ann at Mission Church, 12001 Ridgemont Dr., Urbandale, IA 50323 on Saturday, February 8 at 11 am.
