Eloise Marie Coen

Eloise Marie Coen, 88, passed away on October 18, 2024, at Deerfield Retirement Community in Urbandale.

Eloise was born on March 24, 1936, in Swan, IA and was the daughter to Hershel Martin and Verda Mesker. She attended North High and graduated in 1953. Eloise resided in the Des Moines area for most of her life.

Eloise is survived by her children, Lisa Canby and Scott Coen; her three grandchildren; and her great-grandchild.

Eloise was preceded in death by her parents, Hershel and Verda Martin and her husband, Larry Coen.

Eloise’s final resting place will be Sunset Memorial Garden in Des Moines, Iowa.
