Eune Lo

Mrs. Eune Lo, 91, was born on July 7th, 1932, in Bahn Tom, Sonla, Vietnam. The oldest daughter of Mr. Larn Lovan and Mrs. Lo Thi Peng.

She passed away peacefully at home on early Tuesday morning, March 6th, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Lo was preceded in death by both parents and daughter, Gnuan Kathy Baccam. She is survived by three children, Nan Lo, Hak Lo (Bounsoung Baccam) and Chris Lo (Souphaphone Boutdara), 12 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She is also survived by three siblings, Mr. Pien Lovan, Mrs. Thuong Lothi, and Mrs. Suane Lothi all of Sonla Vietnam as well as many loving relatives, nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Lo immigrated from Sonla to Laos in 1952, Laos to Thailand in 1977 and Thailand to America in December of 1978.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am, on Sunday, March 10th, 2024 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines, IA. A burial of cremated remains will be held at 9:00 am, Monday, March 11th, 2024 at the Lo’s family plot at Glendale Cemetery.
