My dear friend Pam. I am so sorry that you've lost your husband and partner. It was a shock to hear of Denny's illness and then to hear of his passing a very short time later. Thankfully you have the pups to help you cope with the loss of Denny.

I met Denny just once. l drove from Brooklyn to Iowa to deliver Logan. A sweet puppy that needed the love Pam and Denny share for animals. Denny and my grandfather were both truck drivers. When I travel, I am extra courteous to big trucks. I feel like it might be Denny that I am giving way to. To this day I think about Denny when I see a truck on the road. I always will. Rest easy highwayman. Travel with God's speed.

Dear Pam, so very sorry for the loss of your sweet hubby. I was in shock to learn he had passed away. I will miss his funny remarks to us when we were on the phone. He had such a great sense of humor. I will also miss asking you "is he home" when I call it was always the first thing I said. I loved to be on the phone with you when he was at home it was so much fun. He will be missed. You are in my prayers to help get thru this. May he rest in eternal peace. Suzanne

Dear Pam,
I am so sorry for the heartbreak of losing your wonderful Denny. Together you were an amazing couple, full of love for all living things, and such a compassionate force in the world of helping and rescuing needy animals. I know you will continue helping all furry little creatures who need you, and I hope that will help fill your heart a little bit as you think about your wonderful guy. May Denny rest in peace and know that he lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. And still love him.
