Chay Ba Luu

Chay Ba Luu, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. He was born on May 20, 1954, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Chay married Thuy Nguyen and shortly after they immigrated to the United States. He was a hard worker and proud of his work at Pine Ridge Farms. Chay loved gardening and always staying busy. He was a handy man who could fix or build about anything, his garage included. Chay was dedicated, determined, and admirable to those around him. He will be deeply missed.

He is lovingly survived by his children Hai Nguyen, Khoa Luu, Hoc Luu, and Nhi Luu, brother Tam Luu, and grandchildren Landon Cam and Ryu Luu.

Chay was preceded in death by his wife Thuy Nguyen.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at Glendale Cemetery, Des Moines.
