To the family of Bev Patterson,
We are so sorry to hear of your sweet Moms passing. I have such fond memories of your family sitting in the row ahead of my family in church every Sunday. You all became life long friends. Your Mom and Dad were members at church that did so much behind the scenes that we maybe never even knew about. God knew. I had Bev for a teacher in Sunday school. Her attention to detail with creating maps to teach us about the journey of Christ and the order of events, learning about each relevant city were great. I have vivid memories of this still to date. I do feel bad about a few Sundays because we all would giggle when it was Steve Crockers turn to read he would make up words like call The city of tartar sauce instead of Tarsus ! He was a quick wit and made up names to make us laugh. Bev was a very critical thinker and teacher and I could tell she spent much time preparing our class time. But Steve made Bev laugh on several occasions. She had the sweetest smile, and would laugh along with us, still keeping control of our class. I know she will be missed. I’m so happy that she is now in heaven with George and the rest of her loved ones. God Bless and keep you all now, You will all be in our prayers, Love from, Gary and Lisa McAninch
