Thelma and Debby came to my retirement party from Iowa Workforce Development Center in 2015. I was hoping to visit her but could not come up with anyone who knew where she was after 2015. She worked in Chargeback as a typist, worked in Adjudication as a typist, worked in the Federal Unit on the Trade Re-Adjustment Act, which had many rules. She knew them all, keeping track of a multitude of claimants, their schooling for one thing. She was so kind. Gary and I enjoyed working with her. I am sad that I could not visit her.
