Thomas had a gentle spirit and was a very kind-hearted person. Everyone loved him. He put others’ needs before his own and was always checking in on people, and asking how they were doing. Thomas was always smiling and will be greatly missed by those who knew him.

Iam sorry to hear of Tommys passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. I use to work at the Lottery bldg and Tommy was a daily part of my life for many years, he was a kind , big hearted, fun loving friend like a brother to me even. A protector even. I missed him and thought of him often when I left there and recently I was going through pictures and had some of him laughing and joking around as we had some good times working at the lottery bldg too. Heaven gained an Angel. Rest easy Tommy 🙏🏽💙

Tommy was such a kind, gentle man with an infectious smile. I live in Davenport, so only got to see Tommy once or twice a year at meetings. He still always remembered me and come over to say hello. The world lost a great one. My deepest sympathies to his family and friends. The lottery building will not be the same without him.

The world has lost such a kind and friendly person. I will very much miss Tommy waving hello from across the hall and our lighthearted complaining together about the weather. Our workplace will never be the same without him. My thoughts and my deepest condolences to his friends and family.

Thinking of everyone during this time. Tommy was part of my daily life at the Lottery, and always so kind and helpful. So many of us will miss his laugh, and his presence.
