Scott Allyn Bohnenkamp

On August 18th, 2023, Scott died from a massive heart attack in Cedar Rapids, Iowa at the age of 57. Scott (Scotty) Bohnenkamp was born on July 23rd, 1966, in Manchester Iowa to Ted J. and Ruthann (Duncan) Bohnenkamp. Scott was a friend to many and he will be missed by all in his circle of friends. Scott enjoyed being outside. Scott is survived by his father, Ted J. Bohnenkamp; sister, Sherrie (Darren) Blakesley; nephew, Danny Blakesley; and close friend Lori Surrett. He is preceded in death by his mom, Ruthann (William) Duncan.

There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, September 23rd at Noelridge Park, Cedar Rapids. Open house will be held from 12:00 - 3:30 p.m. at the ITC Pavilion.

Sherrie - I was very shocked to learn of Scott's passing. Although I have not seen either of you in many years, we have lots of memories to reflect on. I am so sorry for your loss and I am sending you love, hugs and prayers. May God comfort you and your family at this time.
