I was sorry to hear about Ron and may the grace of God welcome Ron to everlasting life. I met Ron when I was working for Baldor Electric and he would come to our warehouse for motors and call for technical help. He always treated me with a lot of respect and I had a lot of respect for Ron as well and enjoyed seeing Ron when he would come to our warehouse or to the motor shop. I started with 3E in 2006 and he was very welcoming to me. I will miss Ron and hope he is in a much better place.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Ron. May his family feel the healing touch of Christ when they need it most and may his spirit live on in the memories of those who loved him.
I worked with Ron at 3E. I was blessed to get to know him better after his "retirement" from 3E at the shareholders meetings and Christmas luncheons. His technical ability, desire to solve problems for the customer and his get it done attitude are legendary at 3E. He set a gold standard that will go on to be remembered for generations. Thank you, Ron, for the service to 3E, our customers, vendors and shareholders. May your soul rest in the eternal peace of our Lord and Savior.
