I just listened to one of Myra's favorite songs, In the Bleak Midwinter. It made me think of her and look her up. I didn't know she had passed away.
Myra played piano when I attended and led music at Waukee Baptist many years ago. My wife and I were honored to have her come and spend Thanksgiving dinner with us a number of years ago. She was a sweet person, and she will be missed.
Myra was the first person who introduced me to In the Bleak Midwinter. I think of her anytime I hear it.
