Morgan Gladfelter
April 01, 2021 — February 23, 2025
Morgan Lorraine Gladfelter, 3, passed away February 23, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born April 1, 2021 in Des Moines, Iowa to her parents, Andrew and Tiffany.
She was a sweet girl who lived life to fullest and brought so much joy to those who knew her. Morgan enjoyed helping in the garden, taking care of the animals, cooking with mom, and playing with her little sister. She also enjoyed jumping, running, eating ice cream, playing in the snow, going to splash pads, and playing at the park. Morgan loved singing in her class at church, the library “sing and shake”, and at home. She also enjoyed “sneaking around” but often gave herself away because of the big smile and giggles. She was a bright young girl who attracted many friends with her sweet smile and quick wit.
Morgan is survived by her parents, Andrew and Tiffany; sister, Margo; dog, Nico; grandparents, Mark and Janice Stupka, and Terry and Joan Gladfelter; aunts and uncles; cousins, Gideon, Owen, Kate, Elaine, Rita, Elsie, Josephine, Bristol, Myah, Laurel, Noa, Jada, Audra, Anna, Tennessee, and Crew.
Family will greet friends Monday, March 3, 2025 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Maranatha Baptist Church, 877 SE 19th Street in Grimes. Memorial service will take place the following day, Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., also at the church. Burial to follow at Hopkins Grove Cemetery in Polk City.
Memorial contributions can be made to the family to be used for future contributions in Morgan’s honor.
