Leilani Eilene Pecher, age 69, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 15, 2023, in her own home surrounded by her family.

Leilani was born October 8, 1954. She enjoyed having a good cup of coffee, shopping, cooking, and caring for her family, whether they were blood-related or not. She was always known as “Mom” to her children's friends, as she would care and help any of them as if they were her own.

She is survived by her children, John Nielsen, Dana Leard, Stephan Bullock, and Lacy Johnson; daughter-in-law, Bianca Leard; grandson, Noah Leard; great-grandchildren, Ava Leard and Elliara Leard; sister, Kathy Williams; and nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.

Leilani was preceded in death by her husband, William Pecher; grandson, Zackary Leard; sister, Diane Williams; brothers, Michael Williams and Phillip Williams; and her mother, Agnus.

Burial will take place at Iowa Veterans Cemetery, 34024 Veterans Memorial Drive, Adel, IA 50003, on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.
