Gregory Moeller, 73, passed away at his home on March 18, 2025 from a heart attack. Greg was born on January 25, 1952 in Denison, Iowa to Neal and Barb Moeller.

Greg moved to Des Moines where he met his wife, Barb. They shared 48 beautiful years together and they were blessed with 4 daughters and 15 grandchildren. Greg enjoyed deer hunting, working with his hands, and gathering with friends. Above everything else, Greg loved his family. He could often be found at his grandchildren’s many activities. Greg was a man of unwavering faith who often discussed Jesus with his family and friends. He will be missed dearly.


Visitation will be held Monday, March 24, 2025 at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm with the Rosary at 7:00 pm. The funeral mass will be held Tuesday, March 25th at 11:00 am
at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, 2566 Scotch Road in Carlisle, Iowa.
