Evelyn was our neighbor on Madison for probably 50 years. She was a great friend to my Mom. She was so caring and always checked up on her especially near the end. She was always fun and interesting to visit with. She would always call me to fix her computer or TV, we always had a good laugh!
She loved her Lutheran church downtown and had a strong faith. The old neighborhood is changing and won't be the same with out my Mom and the neighbors.
I will miss talking to her..
