Whether he was crafting the perfect playlist, sharing new recipes, or simply laughing at the smallest of moments, he lived with a joy and authenticity that will forever inspire us.

Join us for a laid-back celebration of the life he lived and the impact he made. We'll reminisce, listen to music, share stories, and raise a glass to the incredible soul who showed us how to live fully and embrace the unconventional.

I grew up with Eric in Sartell. Don’t think I had seen him since High School. Still, I will never forget his big laugh and his kind heart. I ran his student council campaign with the slogan, “Big E for Big Changes”, and I know he changed a lot of peoples’ hearts for the better. He was a good soul who will be missed but never forgotten. RIP, Big E.
