Denise A. Hafenbrack, age 67, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 8, 2025. She was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. She was born to Paul and Leona Glover on November 14, 1957.

Denise is survived by her life partner of 42 years, Bob Van Dyke; her four children, Mike and Tangi Hafenbrack of Golden Valley, Arizona and Brittany and Robert Van Dyke of Des Moines, Iowa; her three grandchildren, Austin, Cody, and Mariah; her four great-grandsons; her two brothers, Paul Glover, Jr. (Sheri) of Des Moines, Iowa and James Glover of Fort Mohave, Arizona; along with many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Denise was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Leona Glover; her brother, David Glover; and her sister, Darla Bauer.

Denise was a devoted mother and grandmother. She enjoyed watching her favorite shows with her family. She was a chatterbox that could start a conversation with anyone. She loved to have fun and was fun to be around. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A celebration of life will be held at a later time in Des Moines, Iowa.
