Bill was fun guy to work for. I worked for Bill and Tim in the early 2000s at Midwest Basement Systems. Bill really strived to succeed, and definitely did. Bill and Tim put their lives into building a successful company and they did just that. The first time I ever flew I even got to fly the plane, thanks to Bill. My condolences to the Heady family.

Bill was a person with a good heart and always cared about others. His family and all the people who could be close to him will always be proud of everything we learned from him. May God give conformity to his wife and children. It was an honor to work for him and learn new things every day, we will always remember him with that smile and good humor that he always had. See you later Boss, thank you for everything

It is with heavy heart that I write this message about Bill's passing. There are people in our lives that come and go, but there are those who we will remember with great fondness. Bill was that kind of a guy. I have such fun memories of working with Bill and the motorcycle rides from the east coast back to Iowa. My condolenses to Jocelyn, Charlie, and Robert on your loss. To the Heady family, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Rest easy my friend, you will be missed.
