Christopher Jackson, age 31, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at Lutheran Hospital. He was born on January 11, 1993 in Vicksburg, Mississippi.

Chris had a passion for working on cars and loved putting things together, always the handyman around the house. He enjoyed grilling, watching comedy shows, and cherished time spent with his kids. Known for his great sense of humor, he was a big jokester who could always bring a smile to those around him. Chris will be deeply missed.

He is lovingly survived by his significant other Tayler Lucas, children Kyren Jackson and Kaionna Jackson, parents Jennifer Pote and Robert Jackson, siblings Curtis Jackson, Travis Jackson, and Caitlyn Jackson, nephew Josiah Jackson, great-aunt Janet, grandma Linda McDowell, cousin Tasha Jackson, and a host of extended family & friends.

Chris was preceded in death by his grandma Alberta Jackson and his brother Marcus Jackson.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines.
