Connie L. Biondi
June 15, 1946 — April 14, 2025
Connie Louene Biondi, age 78, passed away Monday, April 14, 2025, at Methodist Hospital in Des Moines.
Connie was born June 15, 1946, in Jefferson, Iowa to Paul C. and Virginia (Peterson) Booth. She was raised on the family farm in Bagley, Iowa prior to moving to the Des Moines area. She attended some college and was employed in the accounting field prior to her retirement. She was a member of Windsor United Methodist Church.
Connie loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed quilting, playing games with friends on her phone, and Wednesday game night with her neighbors. Connie loved her friends and maintained monthly lunches with her school friends, as well as Girls’ Night Out. She enjoyed watching Property Brothers, Lifetime movies, and The Price Is Right.
She is survived by her children, Michael (Lisa) Biondi and Paula (Jim) Suckow; step-son, Bill (Patty) Biondi; grandchildren, Noah and Jackson Biondi, and Corey and Troy Suckow; step-grandson, Joshua Biondi; sister-in-law, Kathy Booth; brother-in-law, Danny (Dorothy) Biondi; sister-in-law, Nancy (Larry) Thompson; and many nieces and nephews.
Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Guy Roger Biondi; parents, Paul and Virginia Booth; brother, Darrell Booth; niece, Jennifer Greimann; and nephew, Jeremy Biondi.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue, Des Moines. Funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 23, 2025, also at the funeral home, and will be followed by a reception.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Connie.

Connie was a fun part of our GNO group (Gang's Night Out). We always had fun laughing and catching up from the past month adventures. All 15 of us will miss her. She will always have a chair with us at the table.
