Rickie Thomas Good, Sr., 63, passed away June 22, 2011, at the VA Medical Center.
Rickie was born November 17, 1947, in Des Moines, to Lawrence and Mildred Good. He was an Aircraft Mechanic with the United States Air Force.
Rickie is survived by his loving wife Linda; children, Rickie Lynn (Robert) and Rickie Thomas, Jr. (Danielle); sisters, Bonnie Hyler, Roxie Dales and Nancy Speiwak; brother, Donald Good; grandchildren, Brendon, Tailar, Amber, Mason and Madison; and great-granddaughter, Kamora.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m., Friday, June 24, 2011, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, at the funeral home, followed by burial at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.

Rickie was so well loved by everyone he came in contact with. His smile was priceless. His grandchildren was the highlight of his day. Everytime he came up and has his truck serviced he always had a story about one of them to tell.
He was truly a great guy. He will be missed by all. We will cherish all the memories we have with working with Rickie.
