James Clark

James William Clark, 81, died Thursday, June 2, 2011 at his home. He was born January 27, 1930 to David and Gladys Clark in Macedonia, Iowa. James retired as a meter reader from the former Iowa Power Company in 1985.

James is survived by his sister-in-law, Marlene Clark; nephew, Mark Clark; niece, Beverly (Larry) Welk; and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Lloyd, Marion and Max; and sisters, Phyllis and Norma.

A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at Resthaven Cemetery, 801 19th Street, West Des Moines. Per his wishes, his body has been cremated.
