Danny Deskin, 64, passed away on May 7, 2011. Danny retired from the U. S. Post Office as a postal accountant. He enjoyed skeet shooting and fishing. Danny competed often at the Pioneer Gun Club and loved his dogs, Booker and Reba.
Danny is survived by Judith Muller. He is preceded in death by his parents, Versil and Juanita Deskin.

I have great memories of fishing with Dan, especially the Canada fishing trip with the boys, Eric, Chad and Mark. The walleye fishing was the best ever.
His help on the Altoona Balloonafest 5k Runs was awesome.
My sincere condolences to his daughter Sara and son Eric and your families -Dan may not have been the best at showing it, but he loved you and was very proud of you. He especially adored his beautiful granddaugher. To both of you, remember the good times and forgive everything else.
My sympathy also to Judith, the dogs and all the others who befriended Dan over the years.
Dan, I pray that you are enjoying the view from up there in the presence of the greatest fisherman of all times, our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, who you once told me you had accepted as saviour in your youth and had not changed your mind.
