Vicki Tollenaar

Vicki Lyn Cosner Tollenaar, 64, passed away May 1, 2011, at her home.

Vicki was born August 19, 1946, in Des Moines, to Emery and Velna Cosner. She worked as a waitress.

Vicki is survived by her daughters, Dawn Marie Lydic (Mike) and Dena Lyn Tollenaar (Joshua Schwartz); grandchildren, Taylor Dawn and Tallen Lydic, Kacey Wollesen (Jake Evans) and Joshua Wollesen; great-grandson, Jacob Evans; companion, Allen Terry; sisters, Nancy Cairns (Jim) and Sue Downey (Ted); brothers, Jerry Cosner (Betty), Gordon Cosner and Mike Cosner (Carmella); and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph; parents; and eight siblings.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2011, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, followed by burial at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.
