Danny Caylor, 54, passed away April 15, 2011, at Iowa Lutheran Hospital.
Danny was born February 25, 1957, in Knoxville, Iowa, to Clarence and Donna Caylor. He served in the U.S. Army. Danny loved all types of art and was a wonderful artist. He also enjoyed writing poetry. His hobbies included bass fishing, aviation shows and flying.
Danny will be remembered by is family as a terrific father and grandfather. He was an organ donor, giving the gift of life to benefit many.
Danny is survived by his children, Cindy, Bud and Ben; grandchildren, Malcolm, Dawan, Mishamaria and Dantwanique; siblings, Dennis, Cathy, Tim, Tom, Ted, Rob, Rick and Cindy.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, April 21, 2011, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, with visitation one hour prior to the service.

My thoughts and prayers go out to your family at this time of sorrow. Your father was a pleasure to be around. He will always be fishing now, laughing at us because his fish will be three times bigger. He will be missed.
