Carol Ann Bloodsworth, 55, was born December 14, 1955, and passed away unexpectedly Sunday, April 17, 2011 at her home in Des Moines.
Carol is survived by her mother, Sue Junkins; son, David (Sara) Mitchell; daughter, Randi Bloodsworth (fiance, Brian Lynch); grandchildren, Sierra, Devin, Mia and Trinity; sister, Jolene and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Lester Junkins; three sisters and family friend, Michelle.
Carol was an avid Harley Davidson lover and will always be remembered as a loving mom, grandma and special friend.
Cremation will occur and private family services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Carol. Hamilton’s Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Randi,
I am so sorry to hear about your mom. As I remember she was a wonderful lady! I always remembered her long blond hair! It is always hard to lose the one you love that you hold so dear to your heart. Just remember your family and friends are here for you. You can get a hold of me anytime if you need anything. We will keep your family and friends in our thoughts and prayers. Love to you all!

Was sorry to hear about Carol passing. We were friends when she lived in New Sharon. I baby sat with Randi when you were little. Carol and I had a lot of fond memories while she lived at New Sharon.... My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I am very sorry to hear about Carol. I lived across the street from her in Montrose. We were the best of friends way back then and were together almost every day. I have a lot of fond memories spending time with her. We got into "trouble" together, we cried together, and oh how we laughed together. I will keep Carol and her family in my thoughts and prayers.
