Kayla Cheyenne Fallis, 4 months 11 days, died unexpectedly Saturday, March 26, 2010, at her home. She was born November 15, 2010, to William Fallis and Heather Clark, in Des Moines. She had a smile that would light up your life.
Kayla is survived by mommy and daddy; big sister, Jessica Castro; big brother, Angel Castro; paternal grandparents, Donnelle (Steven) Robertson and Steven Fallis; maternal grandparents, Cynthia McCall and Rodney (Kathe) Clark; great-grandmothers, Georgene (Miller) Clingerman and Jeanne Bruntz; uncles, James Corder and Jon Kepley; aunts, Lisa VanWinkle, Tara Dahlke, Shawna Severini, Tiffany Springsteel, and Christy Rasmussen; and a host of other family and beloved friends.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 29, 2011, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family in Kayla’s loving memory.

My heart goes out to both of you today. I saw Kayla just after she was born you my not remember, but I was the grandfather telling you about about my granddaughter born just months before Kayla. She was a beautiful little girl. Again I'm sorry.

Bill, I am so sorry to hear about your baby girl! Nothing can take this pain away but I hope it helps to know she is in heaven. You guys are in our prayers!

Our baby granddaughter died after only 3 days of life. Every time we see the death of a baby, our heart sinks. All those feelings come back. And so, with special prayers, we ask God to bless your little Kayla and hold each of you in his loving care.

My heart is very heavy for you today. I am so so sorry for your loss. Bill I always knew you would be an incredible daddy someday. I am just so sad for you that you didn't get more time with your sweet daughter. Keep faith. Someday you will see her again, until then, stay strong. I have never met you Heather but I am praying that God shows both of you comfort in your time of heartache. I am thinking of your whole family today. (((hugs from a far)))
