Dolores I. Pink

Dolores I. Pink, 72, passed away March 18, 2011, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center.

Dolores was born July 18, 1938 in Des Moines to Arthur and Anna Pink. She enjoyed growing up in the country; her greatest joys in life were her son, Mark J. Riggs and growing her flowers.

Dolores is survived by her sisters, Dorothy Remele and Barbara Gibbel; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Mark J. Riggs; parents, Arthur and Anna Pink; brother, Arthur C. Pink; and her grandparents.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 21, 2011, with visitation at 12:30 p.m. at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, followed by burial at Rising Sun Cemetery.
