Connie Channon, 54, died Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Taylor House. Burial of cremated remains will be 12 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at Chapel Hill Cemetery in Des Moines.
Connie was born January 15, 1957 to Jack and Colleen Channon. She retired from the Salvation Army in 1999. She loved going to garage sales, gambling, and especially spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Connie is survived by her children: Melissa Channon, Ron Miller, and Ashley Miller; her siblings: Jack Channon, Sheryl Webb, and Rick Webb; and her grandchildren: Tyrus Lankford, Jazzmyne Bragg, Jake Miller, Savannah Bragg, Averie Woods, and Maddison Cook.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Connie.

I am so sorry to hear this sad news. Sorry I lost contact with you again Connie
after many years of looking for you, we finally reconnected and then to lose you again.
The next time we meet we will always be together in Gods arms.
