We want to appologize for not including Lance's other side. With being divorced from Susan, for almost 10 years now, we admit it totally slipped our minds. Along with Susan's sister, Sally, Lance had a niece, Alicia, and a nephew, Larry. Until the day he died he considered Violet and Everett Douglas, his in-laws. Lance's family would like to extend condolances to the Douglas family for their loss.

It was an honor to know and ride alongside Lance; he was a genuine friend to many and will be greatly missed by his motorcycling community. Prayers to all who feel this loss; may everyone find comfort in knowing each was blessed by his presence; and his soul will continue to ride with each of us.
God speed Lance and thank you for your service to our country.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I will always remember Lance as a young boy coming over to "help" Fred with whatever he was doing. We were so happy when he and a buddy surprised us and stopped overnight to visit in Idaho while they were on a road trip. He won't be forgotten. Memories of the fun times will sustain you now.

That was a very nice tribute to Lance. You did forget his niece, Alicia Varner, and nephew, Larry Titus. I hope your good memories help you all make it thru this difficult time and will remember Lance as we, Susan, Sally, Violet, Everett Douglas do. He was loved very much by my parents, myself and my children, as he was a big part of our lives till this very day. He helped my children just last week with the burial of their father, MSargent, Larry Titus, USMC, Cherry Point, NC, a Desert Storm Marine and a friend of Lance's also. God speed to you Lance, but watch out for the bumps along the way.
