Rosemary Blauer, 86, passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at the Fleur Heights Care Center. Rosemary was born August 21, 1924, in Mt. Ayr, Iowa, to Ethel and Lyman Baker.
Rosemary is survived by her husband, Darold; sons, Larry (Sherry) Blauer and John (Cindy) Blauer; sister, Cheryl Smith; brothers, Ralph (Rayma) Baker, Kenneth (Patricia) Baker and Terry (Kathy) Baker; eight grandchildren, Cindy (Darrell), Brenda, David, Scott (Dana), Annette (Roger), Richard (Jessica), Jory (Mea) and Stephanie (Christopher); twelve great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Evelyn Bradley; and four brothers, Gerald, Darrell, Robert and Richard Baker.
A memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2011, at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street.

To all family members and friends of Rosemary Blauer, my heart is with you as we lay Rosemary to rest. She was a caring wife, loving mother, gracious grandmother and kind friend, and we are all better to have known her. Love to you all.
