Edward R. Monaco, 81, died February 27, 2011, at his home. Private inurnment will be at Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Adel, Iowa.
Edward was a U.S. Navy Veteran with a honorable discharge in August of 1959.
He is preceded in death by his son, Edward R. Monaco, and late wife, Hilda Monaco.
Edward is survived by his children, Robert Monaco, Debbie Ravgiala, Diane Cowles, Dawn Monaco, Michael Monaco; thirteen grandchildren, Melissa, Beau, Crystal, Starlet, Heidi, Joseph, Kittie Ann, Michael, Karissa, Amanda, Tyler, Destiny and Leann; and nineteen great-grandchildren.

Mom. I am so sorry you have to go the this..but your not alone. You are a very strong person. You know that grandpa would not want to see us sad...We will stick together as a family and not ever forget him. He was a One of a Kind grandpa...R.I.P papa!
