Sally Frederick

Sally Frederick (Lewis), 62, died on Wednesday, February 16, 2011, at Iowa Lutheran Hospital.

There will be a visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday followed by a service at 7 p.m. at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street.

Sally was born November 4, 1948, in Winona, Minnesota. She is survived by her son, Dell; brother, Dell; sisters, Pat and Barb; and grandchildren, Cori, Amber, Taylor, and Jeffery.

She enjoyed collecting dolls, embroidering blankets, and loved spending time with her family.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Sally.
