Marv Warrick, 73, died Tuesday, February 1, 2011, at his home in Pleasant Hill. He was born May 13, 1937, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Marvin and Marguerite Warrick.
He was a self-employed electrician for 35 years. Marv enjoyed spending winters in Arizona, restoring antique vehicles, woodworking and golfing.
He is survived by his loving wife, Betty; daughter, Kathy (Dave) Petersen; son, Martin (Lisa) Warrick; grandchildren, Melissa, Molly, and Jared Eshelman, Dylan and Bailey Warrick; as well as his sister, Doris (Arlie) McAdoo.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 4, 2011, at Bondurant Federated Church, 103 2nd Street SW, Bondurant, with burial to be held at 2 p.m. at the McKeever Cemetery in Colfax, Iowa. Family will greet friends from 4 to 7 p.m., Thursday, at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family for the charities of their choice.

Oh Betty! I am so sorry honey. I wish I could do something to help you. I know that you were expecting all of this to come but it sure doesn't help. I will continue to pray for ya and please honey for God sakes, don't be afraid to come up. I don't care if it is just that you don't want to be alone. You are always welcomed at our house! Well, kid I wish you the very best, and you don't be a stranger ya hear?! I'm sure I'll be talking to ya soon.
