Valentino Maghee

Val Maghee, 62, died Friday, November 3, 2006 at Broadlawns Hospital from cancer. Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m. Monday, November 6, 2006 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Val was born December 10, 1943 to Val and Jessie Maghee in Council Bluffs. He graduated from Oakland High School in 1962 in Oakland, Iowa. Val was currently attending Lee Township Assembly Church and worked as a salesman for Car City.
Val is survived by his sister, Michelle (Jim) Hackett; half brother, Morgan (Karin) Maghee; and a host of other family and beloved friends.
