Tammy Hayner

Tammy Lynn Hayner, 43, passed away at Iowa Lutheran Hospital January 24, 2011.

Tammy was born to Lewis and Marguerite Miller in Iowa City, IA. She was joined in marriage to John Hayner on April 30, 1994. Tammy built her life around her children. She enjoyed plastic canvas and making dolls. She loved spending time with her husband at the slots, singing and making people laugh. Tammy loved life.

Tammy is survived by her husband, John; children, Candy, Ashley and John,Jr.; step-children, David and Millie; one granddaughter, Leah; sisters, Patty, Becky, Susan and Louann; brothers, Tommy, Raymond, Lonnie, Ray and Leonard; five stepgrandchildren Randy, Jr, Sean, Sara, Joseph and Misty and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, January 28, 2011, at New Testament Baptist Church, 3020 E. 38th Street.
