Service Details
Darrell H. Lovell, 72, passed away Friday, January 14, 2011, at his home after a sudden illness. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, January 20, at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street.
Darrell was born May 6, 1938, to Lawrence and F. Grace (Schoonover) Lovell. He retired from RR Donnelly Co. Darrell gave to others many times as a blood donor.
He is survived by his daughters, Sue A. See of Trenton, MO, and Linda J. Lovell of Des Moines; sisters, Louana Anderson and Marilyn Thompson; brothers, David and James Lovell; four grandkids and five great-grandkids. Darrell was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Virginia Micheal.
