Everett Robbins

Everett E. Robbins, 75, died Monday, March 26, 2007 at Mercy Capitol. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2007 at Grand View Lutheran Church.
Everett was born on a farm near Rose Hill, Iowa to Fred and Alta (DeMoney) Robbins. He graduated from Oskaloosa High School in 1951 and moved to Des Moines to attend AIB. He was united in marriage to Frances Blackwood on September 22, 1957. He worked for Pittsburgh Des Moines Steel and then CDS where he retired in 1997. He was a member of Grand View Lutheran Church. He loved working with leather, he was a big fan of country music and western movies.
Everett is a survived by his wife, Frances; daughter, Karen (John) Potter; granddaughter, Cheyanne Potter and many extended family and friends.
