Dennis Pearson

Dennis L. Pearson, 63, passed away at his home December 27, 2010.

Dennis was born November 4, 1947 in Hampton, IA to Glen and Barbara Pearson. He was a pressman for American Spirit Graphics. Dennis enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, hunting, story telling, watching the History Channel and was an avid reader.

Dennis is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Genevieve “Ginny”; sons, Chris (Carla) Pearson and Mike Pearson; mother, Barbara Pearson; granddaughter, Barbara “Bobbi” Pearson; brothers, Roger (Kate) Pearson and Larry (Tracey) Pearson; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 3, 2011, Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, followed by burial at Bondurant Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
