Dick “Rich” Lee Westra, 43, passed away December 9, 2010, due to injuries sustained in a tragic accident.
Dick was born October 26, 1967, in Woodstock, IL. He was an excellent carpenter who took great pride in his work. Dick loved his children. He enjoyed working on cars and racing. He also enjoyed fishing.
Dick is survived by his mother and step-father, Dorothy and William Sippel; children, Tamara Westra and Lloyd Bounds; sister, Dena (Jim) Krich; brother, Myron Westra; and a host of other extended relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Carl and Dorothy Becker.

Dear Everyone,
I want to send my condolences to the entire family .Rich was my best friend and I loved him very much. I am really going to miss him. He was my little brother. I have a deep hole in my soul. Words cannot express my deep sympathy for the loss of this dear diamond in the rough that is now fully polished.
