Maxine Thelma Blakley

Maxine Thelma Blakley, 85, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2010, at the Genesis Senior Living Center. A graveside service will be held 1 pm Wednesday at Linn Grove Cemetery, rural Norwalk.

Maxine was born April 25, 1925, in Des Moines. She worked at Orchard Place for many years as a Child Care Worker.

She is survived by her son, Carl; her granddaughter, Michelle; nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank and her sister, Dorothy Lowe as well as her parents, Thelma and Hily Burkhead.
