Service Details
Shirlee J. Butler, 58, passed away December 4, 2010, at Taylor House. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 9, 2010, at New Testament Baptist Church, 3020 E. 38th Street.
Shirlee enjoyed NASCAR racing, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She also loved country music.
Shirlee is survived by sisters, Patti (Rex) Evans of Altoona and Carol Brewer of Red Bluff, CA; nieces, Shawn Evans and Shannon Waskel; nephews, David Pulvino, Steven Pulvino and Brian Campbell; great-nieces & great-nephews, Josh Pulvino, Kassidy Pulvino, Caleb Waskel and Cayla Waskel; and many good friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Shirley (Holland) Butler; sister, Kristie Campbell; companion, Dean Evans; nephew, Jeremy Evans; and her dog, Mickey.
Shirlee worked at Veteran's Administration hospital as a secretary for many years. She later became a manager at the BP station on Merle Hay and worked part time at Ultimate Automotive before becoming ill and was no longer able to work.

Sorry i can't be with your family at this time. Please know you are all in my thoughts and Prayers. I always enjoyed talking and of course laughing with S.J. She loved her nieces so much and was always so proud of them. I wimiss her but know that she is with loved ones who welcomed her with open arms. RIP S.J.

I worked for Shirlee at BP for almost two years and I was shocked when I heard that she had passed. I saw her in September at my own mother's service so I will definitely be attending her service. She was such a fun lady to work for and with. My condolences go out to her family and closest friends.
