Jerry Lee Grother

Jerry Lee Grother (a.k.a. Taz), 35, passed away November 8, 2010, at Mercy Hospice in Johnston. He was born February 13, 1975, in Des Moines to Loren and Viola (Wellons) Grother.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Tonya Grother; two step-children, Amanda and Ryan Faux; stepmom, Denise Grother; sister, Laurie Curtis; brother, Anthony Grother; and many nieces and nephews.
Jerry loved his family, fishing, bowling, watching the Green Bay Packers and boxing.
Memorial services will be Wednesday, November 17th at 6:00 p.m., at Easton Place United Methodist Church, 2412 Easton Blvd.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.

Honey its your wife Tonya. It is memorial day. I hope you are doing well.sorry I havent written to you past memorial days. Please forgive me.I have been doing good. I did get married again to a wonderful man named "James Kindhart" He ended up passing away due to the same thing you had on April 17th 2014 on his birthday. I lost two fantastic guys. But you know I will be there someday. I love and miss you every day. I just want you to know that I go by Tonya Kindhart - Grother now. The two men that I love very much.. R.I.P. It has been many years since we have been in school but always ran into him at the store. Always with a big smile he would greet me ! He was a awesome man! You will never be forgotten ! Rest in peace my friend !!!

I would like to send my condolences to Jerry's family. He bowled with my Dad and husband. What a terrific guy he was and he will be missed. So sorry for your loss.

well jerry we never got one last chance to go fishing but thats ok cuz ill be there soon and u will by then know all the good fishing spots my self and melanie are gonna miss you ur buddy mikey and melanie

Jerry you have done one helluva job in your life. You were loved by all. You went the way you wanted to go. To the Grother Family you in my family's hearts and prayers.
